Welcome to slerj.com. By visiting or making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions described on this page. Please review them carefully. Slerj reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Orders

Slerj reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If an order is rejected, we will notify you using the contact information provided during purchase. We may require verification of information prior to accepting or shipping an order. Large or bulk orders may require special arrangements and should be coordinated with us in advance.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at slerj@slerj.com. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been dispatched for shipping.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club) and PayPal (account or credit card). All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers. We do not store your payment card information.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to an Alabama address will include applicable Alabama sales tax on the merchandise portion of the order. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Alabama.

Shipping

We process in-stock orders as quickly as possible, and most orders ship within 1–2 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Available shipping carriers and service levels are presented during checkout and may vary based on your destination, package size, and weight. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by Slerj.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer a range of shipping options for US destinations, from economical ground services to expedited and overnight delivery. Available options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order contents.

Orders under $200 in value are shipped without a signature requirement by default, though the carrier may require a signature at their discretion based on the value or destination. If you would like to require a signature on your shipment, please contact slerj@slerj.com. If a package is left without a signature and is subsequently lost or stolen, neither Slerj nor the carrier can be held responsible. Orders of $200 or more may require signature confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are displayed during checkout. International shipping availability may change at any time.

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping cost charged at checkout. See “Duties and Taxes” below.

Lithium coin cells are generally not included with international shipments of our products due to shipping regulations.

Duties and Taxes

All duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Slerj is not responsible for any charges incurred after the package has been shipped.

If a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, the original return shipping cost and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the order total, with any remaining balance refunded to the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Slerj cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. For insured shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.

Shipping Errors

Any order discrepancies, including incorrect or missing items, must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrect items.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Slerj, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate a return, contact us by email at slerj@slerj.com. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

The product must be returned in its original condition, suitable for resale, and must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the shipment. Please include your receipt and a brief note indicating the reason for the return and your RMA number.

Once an RMA has been issued, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days. If the item is not returned within that time frame, the RMA may be voided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be denied.

Warranty and Repair

Products manufactured by Slerj are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in each product’s User’s Manual.

If you believe your product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us. Many technical issues can be resolved without needing to ship the item back. If a return is necessary, our support team will issue an RMA, and the item should be returned in accordance with the Return Policy above.

All warranty returns will be inspected to determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect or from improper use, modification, or damage. If the product is found to be in working condition or the issue is not attributable to a materials or manufacturing defect, no refund or replacement will be provided, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, errors or omissions may occur. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that any information on this site is free of errors.

Changes to These Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by revising this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
