We offer online sales according to the conditions described below. If you visit and shop at our site, you accept these conditions. Please take the time to consider them. Slerj reserves the right to modify at any time without notification its website and sales policies.
All prices indicated are in American currency ($USD). The prices indicated do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping fees. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Slerj retains the right to reject any order. If an order is rejected, the purchaser will be notified using the contact information provided during the purchase. Large orders may require special shipping considerations and must be pre-arranged. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been dispatched for shipping.
We currently accept payment through Stripe (accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club) or PayPal (account or credit card).
All orders with an Alabama shipping address will include Alabama sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order. We do not charge sales tax for orders with a shipping address outside of Alabama.
We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible, and orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. When your order is ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.
When shipping to customers in the United States, the following shipping services are supported:

USPS First Class Mail - not day guaranteed, but averages 3-5 days
USPS Priority - 2-3 business days not guaranteed, includes Saturday
Ground - 1-5 business days
Second Day Air - 2 business days, deliver by end of day (typical)
Next Day Air Saver - deliver by 3pm (typical)
Next Day Air - deliver by 10:30am (typical)
Ground - 1-5 business days
Express Saver - 3 business days, deliver by end of day (typical)
2nd Day - 2 business days, deliver by end of day (typical)
Standard Overnight - next business day, deliver by end of day (typical)
All orders totaling less than $200 are shipped "Signature Not Required" by default, however, the shipping company may decide to require a signature depending on the value or destination. If you want your order to be sent with a signature required, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If a "Signature Not Required" package is left at the door, but isn't there when you get home, neither Slerj nor the shipping company can be held responsible. Orders totaling $200 or more may require signature confirmation for delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.
We currently ship via international Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express
to the following locations:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
UPS shipment is available for most international destinations. Shipment to other international destinations can be considered upon request.
International shipments may incur additional fees in the form of duties and taxes. These fees are your responsibility, and are in addition to the shipping cost we charge at checkout. See Duties and Taxes below for details.
We do not currently accept international orders exceeding 2500 USD online.
Lithium coin cells are NOT generally included with international shipments of the SSR-1 and SSR-1U.

All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Slerj is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
Any order discrepancies, including incorrect or missing parts or accessories, must be communicated within 14 calendar days of shipment delivery. After 14 days, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or incorrect items.
We are committed to making excellent products, and are confident you will be happy with your purchase. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with a product you bought from Slerj, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return, you must first contact us by email at email@example.com. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an RMA number. The product must then be returned in its original condition (in perfect condition for resale) with its receipt and a small note indicating the reason of the return and your RMA number. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. All returns must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions. Once an RMA has been issued, the item must be returned within 10 calendar days of the RMA issue date. If the item is not shipped within that time frame, the RMA will be nullified. Returned items will be reimbursed within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must cover the cost of returning the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
The products we manufacture are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period as specified in each product's User's Manual. If you believe that your item is defective or malfunctioning, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Technical issues can often be resolved without the need to ship items back to us. If determined to be necessary, our support staff will provide an RMA for your item, and the item may be returned in accordance with the Return Policy.
All products returned on warranty will be inspected to determine whether the problem was caused by a defect or improper use. If the products are found to be in working condition or it is determined that the problem is not the result of a materials or manufacturing defect, no refund or replacement will be made and the products will be returned to the user at the user's expense.
We attempt to ensure that all the information included on our site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information on this site. For example, products included on this site may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price than that stated on this site. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice.
All purchases on this site are handled by entities (currently PayPal and Stripe.com) that are qualified and certified to do so. Consequently, Slerj does not store any of your payment information. We do keep transaction records including all data that would appear on an invoice (e.g., customer name, phone number, email, address, and items purchased). User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never, sell or give any of your information to any third-party (not withstanding court ordered law enforcement requests) or send you any unsolicited advertisements.
